.5-starred! Please include Brazil in your app haha (10% of the bill value comes embedded in the price, but if the service was really awful you can choose not to pay (it's rare). Usually we tip the small pocket change (example, if the bill was $46.50, we pay $50 and say "no need for the change").
The descriptions are good, I liked the layout.
You should consider a background for your app (I recommend a gradient drawable), since plain white is too simple.

Hey Felipe, thanks for checking my app out earlier. I just went through your app and it looks great! I can't think of many ways to improve the app. Perhaps you could work on voiding some repeat questions I encountered when trying the app multiple times. Also, it might be good to give the option to exclude certain categories (games, countries etc.) Just a thought.
Overall, I think it's a fun and well-executed game. I hope it does well!
